*** The cottage is for maxim 3 families (6 adults) + 3 children or for a group of 7 adults.
The accomodation is located in Jolotca at 2 km away of the european road that connects Topliţa of Gheorgheni, at serveral kilometers of Sărmaş.
At 15 km away of the ski slope and the swimming pool complex Topliţa The overall tranquillity and confort will make you forget about your worries. Just breathe the fresh mountain air and enjoy the natural beauty depicted only in the grandma’s story book.
During the summer, the lush green hills will pamper you with it’s floral parfume and once the snow covers the trees, you’ll enjoy the pristine white scenery.
Possibility of fishing at several meters away. Originated from Jolotca mountain peak, the little river has clear water and trouts.
For extreme sports lovers : recreational trails
– possibility of paragliding
– attractive routes for off-road / all terrain vehicles
The cottage capacity is for 7 persons, but if necessary we can make room for 3 (by adding extra mattresses) or 5 persons (by using the two sofas from the living room).

November 26, 2014I’ve been many times at the cottage because of the relaxing moments. There I could spend my mornings drinking a cup of coffee on the terrace and reading my emails. I liked the swing seat very much as I could enjoy a good book while unwinding to the soothing sound of water running. I recommend with confidence this cottage.Vlad Nicolae
November 23, 2014Undoubtedly, this cottage is a small haven of relaxation. Located at 10 to 15 minutes by car to Toplita town at the feet of a lush green hill and faraway of any noise and trouble, this cottage is more than suitable for those complete breaks of peace and relaxation. At least for me, staying there for few days did wonders. The air was very clean and the landscape met my expectations. The overall conditions were home-like and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. I recommend it to everyone wishing to unwind for several days.Oana C
November 22, 2014The cottage is located in a very quiet area where you can rest without letting anyone bothering you. It’s surrounded by a large courtyard and near of it there is a river. The interior is spacious, well- furnished, with a big living room and well-equipped with all you need. I liked very much the time spent there because I could escape for several days of the busy cities and I could retreat into this quiet area.Claudia S
